Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit Policy

Deposit can be made at 25% of the cost of the trip. The remainder of the balance will automatically be charged 7 days after the booking is made. 

Cancellation Policy

If the trip is cancelled prior to 7 days before the trip date a refund will be made for the amount owing after deposit or if paid in full at the time of checkout 75% of total cost of trip will be refunded or date of the trip can be rescheduled to a later date. If the trip is cancelled within 7 days the trip can be rescheduled but may not be refunded. If the trip is cancelled within 72 hours or "no showed" no refund will be given and rescheduling will be to the discretion of Go North Outfitters.
