What to Bring
Ice Fishing Charter
All that guests need to bring for a day of ice fishing is warm clothing, food and drinks (NO ALCOHOL). All fishing gear as well as a chair is included. It is strongly suggested to dress in layers for a day out on the ice although the huts are heated and get comfortably warm having a coat to throw on to go outside to fight fish on a tip up will help make the day more enjoyable. It is also strongly suggested to wear the warmest boots you have access to and to not wear rubber boots as they hold the cold more than they keep your feet warm.
Open Water Charter
Guests are encouraged to bring food and drinks on the boat for the day (NO ALCOHOL). For a day of open water fishing it is highly dependent on weather as well as time of year how you may want to gear up. Fishing in the summer you will want to bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen and dress for the hot weather. In the spring/fall you may want to bring some layers and possibly even a toque and gloves. If the forecast calls for rain at all it is highly suggested to bring rain gear.
